Dr. Toshiki Fukutsuji claims that misalignment of pelvic area causes the sedimentation of extra fats. He also says that it will improve body posture to cure the back pain.
How to do this Exercise:
- All you need for this exercise is a towel and yoga mat
- Fold your towel into a cylindrical roll not less than 15 inches long and approximately 4 inches wide
- Lie down on your back and place the towel under your lower back , parallel to your navel
- Place your feet shoulder- width apart and your toes should be touching each other.
- Stretch your arms above your head, palms down, with your pinkies touching.
- Make sure your pinkies and your toes are facing each other
- Hold the position for about 5 minutes
- Once done, release and return back to lying down with no sudden jerking motion
